How to Book: Please review these points, then print the booking form, fill it in and post it with your cheque(s) to Deborah Baynes. ALL
CHEQUES
SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO 'DEBORAH BAYNES' A deposit of £100 is required at booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the date of your holiday. We regret that we are unable to issue reminders and if the balance is not paid at the proper time, we will offer the flat to a person on our waiting list. To
avoid disappointment, we suggest that you may wish to let us have 2 cheques at
the time of booking, one for the deposit and the other, post dated, for the
balance. OVERSEAS
GUESTS: Must pay in £ GBP via a U.K. Bank. CANCELLATION:
Please note that the deposit is NOT refundable. If you cancel less than 6 weeks
before the course commences, the entire fee is forfeit unless we can re-book the
flat. Should we re-book the
flat, the balance of the fee will be refunded to
you. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE. IF
YOU WISH, YOU MAY BOOK BY PHONE BUT YOU MUST CONFIRM IN WRITING WITHIN ONE WEEK.
